We do. SADA Intelligent Solutions collects information from you when you use our Website, Services, or Platforms, and we are responsible for protection of your information.

2. What Information Do We Collect?

A. Requested Information

On various pages on the Website, we may request specific Personal Data about you in order to respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, provide quotes, process payments for consultancy or AI services and deliver agreed project outcomes, add you to our email list, facilitate payments for and delivery of our Services, or fulfil your requests for information. Depending on the request, this may include full name, email, phone, city, country, product selections, and your marketing preference (e-mail list). If you purchase, we also collect client engagement and receive payment confirmations from our payment service provider; we do not store full payment card numbers or security codes. You may choose not to provide your Personal Data, but then you might not be able to take advantage of some of the features of our Website and Services.

We do not collect any Special Category Data (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data) as defined in the GDPR. Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

B. Scheduling Information (Calendly)

When you book a call with us through our Website, you will be redirected to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Calendly collects information such as your name, email address, time zone, and any details you provide in the booking form. This information is shared with us to confirm and manage your appointment. Calendly acts as our service provider and processes Personal Data on our behalf.

C. AI Product Usage Data

If you use our AI products or platforms, we may process pseudonymous and technical data relating to your interactions, including:
• Pseudonymous account/profile IDs (where applicable);
• Inputs, queries, or interactions with our AI services;
• Learning activity or system usage logs (timestamps, session duration, error reports);
• Feedback, labels, or other information you provide to help improve our AI systems;
• System performance analytics.

We design our AI systems to minimize the use of directly identifying Personal Data wherever possible.

The types of Personal Data we collect and save include:

  • Contact information such as name, email address, phone number, city, country, organization, and role;

10. How Do We Store and Protect Your Information?
