Sada Intelligent Solutions Company, registered with the Palestinian Ministry of National Economy under number 562319004 and having its registered address in Hebron (“the Company”), operates as an online platform through https://www.sadasol.com (“the Platform”), enabling natural and legal persons (“Users”) to benefit from its various technical services and products, including Artificial Intelligence solutions, machine learning, enterprise search and discovery, text analytics, big data analytics, data engineering, semantic technologies, computer vision, and Progress MarkLogic consulting services.
A User is any natural or legal person who uses the Platform or any of its services or products, whether by browsing, registering, or interacting with its content.

If any provision of these User Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
